THE DHARMA BUNDLE:
Helping you bring Buddhism to life
A ‘bundle’ of dharma resources, thoughtfully made and beautifully packaged.
What is the Dharma Bundle?
An international community of practitioners exploring contemporary Dharma and how it relates to everyday life and the surrounding culture.
Each bundle takes a different Dharma theme and runs for 4 - 6 weeks and consists of short Dharma videos, led audio meditations and reflections, as well as micro practices that you can weave into your everyday life.
A community chat room where you can ask questions and share your experience, as well as monthly meet-ups on Zoom.
The Dharma Bundle is for you if…
You want to bring your Buddhist practice into the nitty gritty of your everyday life.
You don’t have the time for long retreats but want to intensify your practice at home, at work and in your relationships.
You teach meditation and/or Dharma and are looking for inspiration to keep your teaching alive.
It’s made for Buddhists, but is also relevant for anyone with a curious and creative relationship to life.
Inside the Dharma Bundle
The nuts and bolts
The Dharma Bundle is a monthly membership. New content is added every week to the current Dharma theme as we explore it together. And each week you’ll receive an email to let you know what’s new.
I make much of the content myself but also draw on the wit and wisdom of the Dharma Bundle community, inviting you to contribute to each bundle. It’s a chance to not only participate but to create your own Dharma content to share with the community.
There’s no pressure to ‘keep up’, everything is there waiting for you. Over the months the Dharma Bundles will form a creative library of themes that you can dip into for inspiration in your own practice or Dharma teaching.
Just like Netflix, when you sign up you have access to everything that went before. When you unsubscribe you lose access to everything. You are welcome to just sign up for the months when you feel you have time to enjoy the Dharma Bundle, and unsubscribe for the months that you are busy with other things.
If you need help getting into your account or navigating the Dharma Bundle, visit the Technical Help Page.
FAQs
-
There is new content added each week, including audio meditations and reflections. To go through everything just once you’d need 30-40mins a week. But you could do the meditations every day, spend time on the assignments, or follow up the extra resources provided, which include articles, movies, books, etc.

It’s not possible to pause your subscription, but you are welcome to cancel and rejoin when you have more time. Remember, the Dharma Bundle operates like Netflix or other streaming services. While you are a member, you have access to everything. When you cancel, you lose access to everything.
-
Zoom meet ups are a recent addition to the Dharma Bundle. They are entirely optional. As it is an international community, we will vary the days and times of the meet ups to suit different people in different time zones.
-
At the moment, there are around 80 people taking part in the Dharma Bundle. People from all around the world are taking part in the Dharma Bundle, though the majority are in the UK. Many of them are Buddhists practicing with Triratna, some are practicing in other Buddhist traditions and others are more Buddhish than Buddhist! (interested in Buddhism but not ‘Buddhist’)

Disarming difficult thoughts
This month we explore how thoughts veer into emotions. By disarming—rather than trying to eliminate—difficult thoughts and emotions, we give them space to exist while reducing their power to cause harm.
Interestingly, we disarm difficult emotions by allowing ourselves to feel them fully.
